REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT refund in the following circumstances:

  • At any time AFTER activation. We provide all clients with a FREE 14-day trial to determine if oursoftware is a proper fit for your office. This trial is a fully functional trial without limitations. We encourage you to get to know the software during this trial period.
  • We do NOT refund cost of Activation Key or cost of Remote Support if you cannot transfer data from an older version of SOAPe to a new version. On 11/04/2014 we upgraded SOAPe’s database from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008. This may serve as a complicating issue for some. If our techs are unable to restore a database we refund the cost you paid for support minus $50 diagnostic fee.
  • Just because you made a “mistake” when ordering.
  • Just because you changed your mind after ordering.
  • Refunds of technical support plans just because you never ended up needing support, you didn’t receive a support call quick enough, or we couldn’t resolve a specific issue that was determined to be caused by a problem unrelated to our software. All support plans are non-transferrable.
  • Refunds of Activation key purchases because something went wrong on your PC. I.E: Corrupted files of some sort.
