Once you purchase your software license, its yours. Let me explain, when you update SOAPe on a computer that is already using it you are able to update and not need a new license key. Sometimes, computers crash…I know it’s very frustrating. If this happens, (we hope you are backing up your data to an external Hard Drive) you will need to buy a new license key. No problem, we charge only $75 for the administrative cost of issuing this.
Do you guys charge for software updates?
