Pros: Free product. Easy to use.
Cons: Support is extra cost. Electronic billing is also extra cost each month.
Overall: Not a bad product considering that it’s free. Has all the basic functionality you would expect and need from a practice management software. I hope they continue to improve on the product as it has a lot of potential. Also hope that they continue to offer it at no cost.
