Pros: Free practice management software that would otherwise cost thousands of dollars. Easy to use if you’re somewhat computer literate. Does scheduling, reports and billing. Fast & friendly support staff.

Cons: Could use a few more “bells & whistles” per say.

Overall: I came across SOAPe Platinum at the recommendation of a colleague. After a small glitch during installation, I was up and running. It took me a couple hours to learn the program. I found their online video tutorials very helpful. I would highly recommend SOAPe Platinum to anyone looking for a solid practice management program that has all the essentials to run a practice.

They do charge for support, but that’s no surprise..most companies do. I did opt for a support plan and found their staff very attentive to my requests and needs.
