LOST LICENSE KEY?

If you are a current client and require a new or replacement key due to hardware issues, computer crash, faulty windows update, computer replacements…any reason – there is a $75 administrative charge for this service if you have purchase SOAPe Platinum Chiropractic Software within 1 year.

If it has been more than 1 year since your original purchase you will be required to pay for a new activation key of $349. (Purchase new license key here) Please keep in mind that this does not include assistance in implementing the key and getting the program re-established due to crashes or installation on a new computer. Please see our support options if you require additional assistance. There is a limit of ONE replacement key per client. If this is your second request, you must pay the full setup/activation fee for a new license. Please send your new SERIAL number to soapes@grandinfotech.com and someone will response with your activation key within 48 hours.
