Upgrade Details for SOAPe Platinum Users
If you are an existing client of ours and would like to upgrade from a previous version of our software to the new SOAPe Platinum Plus (our full scale practice management system), there are some things you need to know.
- SOAPe Platinum Plus software was completely redesigned and built from the ground up using the latest and best technologies. As a result, the database structure between the previous versions and the latest version is completely different. Because of this, you cannot import your data from a previous version into SOAPe Platinum Plus.
- You can however perform what's known as a side-by-side installation and run both versions simultaneously on the same computer.
- Continue to enter your current patients in the previous versions and all new patients into the latest version of the software.
- Within a few short months, you should have most of your current patient base entered into the new system.

Existing Clients Who Purchased January 1 - April 12, 2011
- $125 setup and activation fee is waived.
- Support and training is offered at no cost for one full year. Starts from time of purchase.
- Free installation assistance.
