Is your chiropractic software really free?

Yes our complete practice management software (valued at $2,995.00) is really FREE. Users are only required to pay a one-time $150 setup and activation fee. There are no hidden costs or additional fees associated with out software.

How does your company make money?

Great question! SOAPe Platinum Plus is the first and only ad-supported practice management software for the chiropractic profession. Ad-supported software is software that is paid for by advertisers.  You receive our complete practice management  software at no cost in exchange for a small non-obtrusive banner ad that appears in the main interface of our software.

Do you offer free training and support?

As much as we would love to, our free practice management software does not include free training and support. It costs money to provide ongoing training and support to our clients. Our support is completely optional. We have a free online learning center available to all clients that includes a series of video tutorials and an updated knowledgebase.

Do you guys charge for software updates?

No. All software updates are FREE. We update our software on a quarterly basis so you always have the latest version of our software running in your office.

Do you guys charge for additional users or workstations?

Each user is only required to pay a one time $150 setup and activation fee. SOAPe Platinum Plus can be installed on two networked computers (including the server). Additional workstations are offered at $150 per station. 

Does your software require any special equipment?

Unlike many of our competitors products, SOAPe Platinum Plus software does not require any additional or specialized hardware. It can easily be installed to a desktop, laptop or office network. It can be installed on PCs running Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Server 2008. It is compatible with both 32- and 64-bit operating systems. I'm considering switching from a competitor's product. What about my data?

We have had many clients over the years switch from a competitors product  to our practice management software. If you are considering doing so, we recommend using both programs for the first few months and entering all new patients into SOAPe Platinum Plus software and use your old software to manage your existing patients. Within a few months, most of your current patients will be managed through SOAPe Platinum Plus. We do not offer data conversion from another vendor's product at this time.

Why should I choose your software over a competitor's?

SOAPe is one of the very few software companies that is owned and operated by a team of practicing chiropractors with over 45 years experience in three different states. We specialize in meeting the needs of the chiropractic profession and know what it takes to run a successful practice. We also offer a dedicated three-tier client support system. Clients are entitled to support 24/7 365 days a year. Oh and did we mention that our complete practice management system is FREE? Is your software CCHIT certified?

SOAPe Platinum Plus software is not currently certified by the CCHIT, however we do plan to apply for certification in 2011. We understand that there are other vendors stating that they have received certification. Please keep in mind that in many instances these products have received only 'partial' or 'modular' certification.

Is your software ANSI 5010 Compliant?

Yes!

Does your software include electronic billing services?

SOAPe Platinum Plus software is tightly integrated with Gateway EDI - one of the largest clearinghouses in the country. For a nominal monthly fee, users can submit claims electronically to most insurance companies. SOAPe cannot be configured to work with other clearinghouses at this time. If you choose not to utilize electronic billing services, you can always opt to print claims at no charge.
