Installation Help
If you require assistance installing SOAPe Platinum Plus software, help is available. We recommend first viewing our installation video. If you still require help, we offer remote installation assistance for a fee.
To schedule a remote installation , please follow these steps.
- Purchase a remote install package from below.
- Within 24 hrs of purchase, someone from our office will contact you by phone to setup a remote connection to your computer(s). Please do not call or email us asking when your software will be installed.
- A tech from our team will install the latest version of our practice management software to your computer or office network and verify that it is working properly.
Install Assistance for Single PC - $75

Install Assistance for Network (2 PCs) - $100
